摘　　要：目的:应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV),分别测定百蕊草药材中山奈酚和总黄酮的含量。方法:以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,Elite C18柱,在波长为365nm处进行HPLC、UV测定。结果:山奈酚在HPLC进样0.0594～1.896μg和在UV 0.00164～0.0164mg.ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为94.6%、91.8%。结论:该方法较简便、准确、可靠,可以用于百蕊草的质量控制。Objective:To determine the content of kaempferol and total flavonoids in Herba Thesii by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Method:A Elite C 18 column was used with a mixture of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50∶50) as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength at 365 nm.Result:The method proved to be linear over the range of 0.0594～1.896μg for kaempferol by HPLC and 0.00164～0.0164 mg·mL for total flavonoids by UV.The average recovery of...
