摘　　要：辽宁省近五年新选育的水稻品种中,有90%以上品种的糙米率、直链淀粉含量能够达到国标一级标准,但垩白粒率、垩白度高,整精米率偏低。早熟品种的米质状况最好,中熟和中晚熟品种的品质情况相对较差。从品种趋势上看,近两年育成品种的米质性况比以前育成的品种有所下降。In rice variety bred newly in Liaoning Province in recent five years,the variety with more than 90% brown rice and amylase content can conform to primary national standard,but the chalky rice rate and chalky degree are high,and the Head Milled Ratio is lower.The rice quality of early maturing variety is best,and the rice quality of medium maturing and mid-late varieties is bad relatively.In view of variety trend,the rice quality of varieties bred in recent two years is poor than that of varieties bred earli...
