摘　　要：设计阶段是房地产项目成本控制的关键与重点。在房地产开发设计阶段合理有效的控制成本对于整个房地产开发项目具有重要的意义。本文针对房地产开发设计阶段成本控制的特点,结合价值工程原理,具体阐述了房地产开发设计阶段成本控制的实施过程,为房地产开发企业最大程度降低成本、取得更好的经济效益提供了科学的方法。Projects design stage is a key and important stage of cost control in estate project,and reasonable cost control is significant for the whole estate developing projects.Aiming at the characteristics of cost control in this stage,and combing with the value engineering principle,the implementation process of cost control in the design stage of estate developing projects is stated in this paper,which provides scientific method for maximum decreasing cost and obtaining better economic benefit.
