摘  要:为满足冷轧带肋钢筋苛刻的摩擦条件,研制了2种新型润滑粉。分析了其理化性能与工艺性能,在不同轧制速度条件下测量了拉拔筒主电机电流、钢筋表面温度变化,并对轧后制品的表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明:采用新型润滑粉能有效降低轧制过程的摩擦力,使得拉拔筒电机电流减小,从而可提高轧制速度;采用新型润滑粉润滑,由9mm/Q235热轧高速线材轧制8mm/CRB550的钢筋时,可降低钢筋表面温度温升值10℃和降低拉拔力10%~30%,且轧后带肋钢筋表面表面质量得到明显改善。To meet the serious friction conditions in cold rolled ribbed bar process,two new lubricating powders with different composition were prepared and their chemical and physical properties were analyzed.The motor current of drawing tube and the change of bar surface temperature under different rolling speed were measured and the rolled surface topography were observed by SEM.Results show that the lubricating powders can decrease the friction of rolling process and the current of drawing tube,so the the rolling...
