摘　　要：血液作为人工心脏类装置的润滑剂时具有其它润滑剂不可比拟的优越性,评价其润滑性能好坏的标准与一般润滑剂也不相同。然而,当前国内外对血液润滑性能评价的指标并没有规定。本文针对血液润滑的特殊性,参照机械润滑油的评价标准和与血液接触的医疗器械的标准,对血液润滑的评价体系和指标作了初步的探讨,提出保证血液有效润滑的基本条件:(1)必须保证血液的生物指标即控制血栓和溶血;(2)保证血液的润滑膜不破裂即处于流体润滑状态;(3)保证润滑区温度在生理允许的范围内。As the lubricant of the artificial hearts,blood,with the biological properties,has the inimitableness advantage,standard for appraisal of blood lubrication property is different from the other lubricant used in engineering.However there are no rules for evaluating the blood lubricating property.Considering the speciality of blood lubricating,based on the evaluation criteria of lubricant used in mechanical engineering and biological evaluation of biomaterials and medical devices contact with blood directly,t...
