摘　　要：通过对离心泵常用密封工作原理、适用范围的对比介绍,以及对造水机系统高压浓海水泵工作环境和性能要求的分析,将高压浓海水泵轴封设计为机械浮环组合密封。经运转试验及实际应用证明,该密封设计满足高压浓海水泵的工作环境和高性能要求。造水机系统高压浓海水泵轴封的组合设计为高温、高压、高速、耐腐蚀离心泵的轴封设计提供了一种新的设计方法。Through the contrast of the work principle and applicable scope of centrifugal pump seal which is commonly used and the analysis of working conditions and performance requirement of high pressure and thick seawater pump,a mechanical and floating-ring seal was designed for high pressure and thick seawater pump.The operational test of the pump and practical application show that the designed seal meets the working conditions and the high performance request of high pressure and thick seawater pump.The combina...
