摘　　要：DW1油液污染度测试仪是一种滤膜恒压堵塞型便携式污染检测仪。介绍了DW1油液污染度测试仪测试系统的原理和结构,对其测试理论进行了研究,建立了油液污染度与滤膜流量衰降之间的关系式,给出了计算油液中大于任一感兴趣尺寸的颗粒数的算法,由此可推导出油液的污染度等级。试验结果表明,该模型所给出的污染度检测结果误差最大为±1级,而这个误差在液压行业中应用是允许的。DW1 fluid contamination level measurer is a kind of portable apparatus for testing the level of solid particulate contaminants in oil according to the principle of filter blockage under constant pressure.The configuration and testing principle of this measurer were introduced.The mathematical model for determining the oil contamination level was studied,the relationship between contamination level and the flux decline through the filter was established,and an expression of calculating particle numbers large...
