摘　　要：司法与道德文化具有密切关系。构建社会主义和谐社会需要司法权威蕴含的道德文化属性的支持。司法的权威性程度与司法对强制手段的依赖程度呈负相关关系,而与公众的信赖程度等道德文化状态呈正相关关系。司法权力的价值理念、司法制度的道德原则、司法组织的结构体系和司法操作主体的道德素养所组合的伦理结构,构成司法权威道德文化属性的基本内容。司法权威的道德文化属性在构建和谐社会中具有重要作用。Justice is closely related to morality culture.Building a socialist harmonious society needs the support of moral and cultural attributes contained in judicial authority.Extent of the authority of the judiciary has negative correlation with the degree of Judiciary reliance to coercion, but positive correlation with morality culture state such as the degree of public trust.Ethics structure composed by values and regulating system of judicial system,organizational system of the judicial structure and moral qu...
