摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗梅毒的新方法,以提高梅毒病人的血清反应素阴转率,减少梅毒血清固定发生。方法:对早期梅毒病人进行随机分组研究,治疗组用苄星青霉素加中药治疗,对照组单用苄星青霉素治疗,观察病人治疗前后临床症状和RPR抗体滴度变化情况。结果:两组病人经治疗后临床症状消失,1年内治疗组病人RPR阴转率为65.2%,高于对照组的52.0%,但无统计学意义(2=1.722,P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗梅毒有一定的优势,值得进一步研究。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the seroreversion of syphilis.
