摘　　要：对国内外学者风险投资评估的文献进行了研究,在此基础上围绕市场、产品、技术、管理及财务等影响风险投资的关键因素,结合高新技术项目产业化的过程,从风险和收益两个方面构建了我国风险投资评估的动态指标体系,并对各指标的含义做出了说明。Based on the domestic and foreign studies of index system building on venture investment assessment,this paper builds a completed index assessment system according to different project industrialization stage for venture investment of China,which consists of return index system and risk index system,and explains the crucial criteria of this system.
