摘　　要：本文从大学生公民意识缺乏的现状出发,探寻其背后的传统教育弊端;并在强调公民教育重要意义的基础上,提出法律教育因其本身具有的特点与公民意识的培养存在较强的耦合,进而探寻了法律教育在公民意识方面可发挥作用的四种途径,以达到为现代公民社会提供具有高素养人格主体的目的。This paper explores the underlying problems of the traditional education considering the college students in China who are short of civil awareness. It holds such a point that there exists an agreement between legal education and civil awareness training. Four ways to promote the civil awareness through legal education have been discussed for the purpose of providing the modern society with high-quality characters.
