摘　　要：介绍了GIS技术,针对我国目前耕地占补平衡工作的技术上的不足,提出了利用GIS进行耕地占补平衡工作的技术方案,结合山西省的实际情况,对耕地等级数据库的建立、耕地占补平衡系统的开发进行了较为详细的阐述。This paper introduced the GIS technology,for the presently existent problem of the cultivated land balance of occupation and supplement in our country,it put forward the GIS technical proposal.Combining the practical situation in Shanxi province,it elaborated the construction of rank database and the exploitation about balanced system of occupation and supplement.
