金鱼两个品种遗传多样性的AFLP研究

摘　　要：试验结果表明,金鱼红白兰寿和红白虎头每对引物扩增的AFLP标记数分别为12~41个和10~45个,平均每对引物出现标记数分别是27.26个和27.20个。每对引物扩增片段的多态性条带数和多态百分率分别为4~17个和10.91%~23.68%,平均8.78个和16.13%;每对引物扩增所得到的遗传相似度为0.7632~0.8909,平均0.8387。The analysis of genetic diversity in two varieties of goldfish(Carassius auratus var.)was carried out with the amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) marker technique.Genomic DNA was amplified selectively with 49 pairs of primers.There were 12~41 and 10~24 AFLP makers for each pair of primers in Red-White Ranchu and Red and White Lionhead,respectively.The average numbers of each pair of primers are 27.26 and 27.20 for Ranchu and Lionhead,respectively.The polymorphism markers were 4～17,with polymorphis...
