摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在冠心病发病中的作用。方法:对112例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者、182例急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者和90例健康对照者的血清,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL石水平。结果:SAP组和ACS组患者血清IL-6水平显著高于对照组,ACS组的血清IL-6水平又显著高于SAP组。结论:IL-6与冠心病的发病有关,可以作为冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的监测指标。Objective To investigate Interleukin-6(IL-6) value in coronary heart disease.Methods For the blood serum of 112 SAP patients,182 acute coronary syndrome (ACS)patients and 90 normal subjects,we had applied enzyme linkedim- munosorbent assay to measure the level of IL-6.Results The levels of IL-6 in SAP patients and ACS patients were higher than in control group significantly,and those in UPA patients were higher than in SAP patients.Conclusion There were relationship between IL-6 and coronary heart disease h...
