摘　　要：目的:研制医院日常使用的检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)室内质控血清。方法:筛选HBsAg阳性血清,分为1组(60℃加热1h)、2组(98℃加热1min)、3组(乙醚6h)、4组(pH2.4处理6 h)进行灭活。用ELISA法检测灭活前后效果。结果:1组最好,2组、3组较好,4组最差。结论:所采用的4种灭活方法制备的HBsAg阳性血清,用ELISA法检测HBsAg的灭活结果,4种方法都阳性(符合),可作为室内质控血清供医院日常使用。Objective To make the HBsAg positive serum which used ascontrols in lab in hospital.Methods Screen the serum of(HBsAg) positive,and divide them into four groups to deactivity;they are(1)heated at 60℃ 1 h,(2) heated at 98℃ 1 min,(3) B tredted 6 h,(4) pH 2.4 6 h.Verify the results of deactivition with the ELISA method detect.Results In the four methods,the results of group 1 is best,the next 2 is B tredted 6 hand 98℃ 1 min set,the pH 2.46 h set group is.Conclusion After the positive HBsAg serum of In four met...
