摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人胸腹联合伤的预后因素与护理对策。方法:对2001年3月至2007年12月收治的66例老年胸腹联合伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果:平均住院时间与并存病、年龄因素有关;而病死率、并发症率与损伤严重度程度和手术方式密切相关。结论:老年胸腹联合伤自有其特点,预后因素与老年胸腹联合伤患者康复关系密切,针对预后因素制定护理对策可提高护理水平。Objective To analyze the prognostic factors and nursing countermeasure in the elderly patients suffering from thoracoahdominal injuries.Methods The clinical data of 66 elderly cases of thoracoahdominal injuries were retrospectively reviewed,which had stay in hospital during the time that from the may in 2001 to the march in 2007.Results The average stay in hospilal(days) are closely related to the comorhidilies and ages.The morlalilies were closely related with injury severity and modus operandi.Conclusion ...
