摘　　要：目的:分析新生儿重症监护室(NICU)仪器使用中存在问题并探讨管理对策。方法:加强人员培训,专人管理仪器,加强监督检查,仪器购进中严格把关。结果:有效地减少了护理差错事故的发生,保证患儿的安全,减少仪器的损耗。结论:针对仪器使用中存在的问题,正确的管理是行之有效的对策。Objective We analysis problems which exist in the using of NICU instruments,and investigate management to these instruments.Methods To avoid these problems,we emphasize examination to these instruments,enhance administrator s ability,equip with special administrators and limit purchase channels of these instruments.Results These measures can effectively decrease accidents which take place in neonatal nursing,warrant safety of patients,and diminish instrumental wastage.Conclusion The exact management was eff...
