摘　　要：目的:探讨血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C)作为肾移植后肾功能恢复指标的临床意义。方法:用速率散射比浊法检测60例肾移植后患者的血清胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C),并同时用酶法测定其血清肌酐(Scr)含量和血尿素氮(BUN)含量。结果:肾移植慢性排斥组与肾移植治愈组的Cystatin C比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),肾移植慢性排斥组与肾移植好转组的Cystatin C差异有显著性(P<0.01),肾移植好转组与肾移植治愈组的Cystatin C差异有显著性(P<0.01)。且Cystatin C与Scr及BUN之间有一定正相关性。结论:Cystatin C是肾移植后早期肾功能的检测指标,并能与Scr及BUN作为肾移植后肾功能恢复的检测指标。Objective The Clinical significance of the renal function instauration index signe valuate the serum Cystatin C after the renal transplantation.Methods Serum Cystatin C in 89 patients with renal transplantation by velocity dispersion nephelometery,serum creatinine(Scr) and serum urea nitrogen(Bun) were measured by enzyme at the same time.Results In renal transplantation,Cystatin C is different in the group of chronic repeling,the group of turning better,and health(P<0.01).Serum Cystatin C was positively ...
