摘　　要：目的:探讨O型孕妇血清IgG抗-A(抗-B)抗体效价与新生儿溶血病(HDN)的关系。方法:采用血型血清学方法,对308对夫妇血型不合的孕妇进行IgG抗-A(抗-B)抗体效价检测。结果:308例O型孕妇中IgG抗体效价≥64者106例(占总数34.4%),抗-A64例,抗-B42例。其中发生ABO-HDN27例,抗-A15例,抗-B12例,总发生率8.8%。结论:夫妇血型不合应及时检测孕妇IgG抗体,随着孕妇体内IgG抗体效价的增高,新生儿ABO溶血病的发病率也随之升高。Objective To search the relationship between hemolytic disease of newborn and the valence of IgG antibody A(B) on pregnant women with blood type O by polybrene method.Methods By means of blood group serology assay,the valence of IgG antibody A(B) was done on 308 pregnant women from couples of ABO blood type incompatibility.Results Among 308 maternal sera,titer of IgG antibody A(B) more than 1∶64 were found on 106 cases in 34.4%,and antibody A and antibody B were 64 cases and 42 cases,respectively.There was ...
