摘　　要：目的:交流在现有条件下基层医院术中超声的应用体会。方法:回顾分析2003年1月至2007年4月47例术中超声的应用情况。结果:术中超声在外科手术中提供比术前B超、CT更详尽的影像学信息及决策依据,从而提高手术疗效。结论:基层医院应该充分利用现有条件,开展术中超声,提高技术水平。Objective To exchange intraoperative ultrasonography(IOUS)application experience in existent conditioned primary level hospitals.Methods 47 intraoperative ultrasonography cases from Jan 2003 to April 2007 were retrospectively reviewed.Results IOUS provided more image information in decision-making than preoperative ultrasonography and CT,so that improved operation curative effect.Conclusion Primary level hospitals should make the best use of existent condition to develop IOUS and improve technical level.
