摘　　要：分析了平顶山市区燃煤造成大气污染的严重现状及其原因,对实施"蓝天工程",提出了治理措施,政策措施,煤炭燃烧前、燃烧过程以及烟气排放三个阶段的除尘脱硫技术措施。This text analyzed even crest the mountain downtown coal to result in serious present condition and its reason of air pollution,to implement"blue sky engineering",put forward managing measure,policy measure,coal combustion front,combustion process and smoke spirit exhaust three stages of desulfurization and dust collection technique measure.
