摘　　要：新建本科院校教学管理科学化是新形势下对教学管理全过程动态的有效管理,是学校内涵升本的重要表现,也是提升教育质量的重要保障。新建本科院校在推进教学管理科学化的进程中,一是要深化认识,树立先进的教学管理理念;二是要增加投入,确保教学管理经费足额到位;三是要加强队伍建设,构建高素质的教学管理队伍;四是要强化制度建设,构建完善的教学管理体系。The scientific management of teaching in newly-founded universities is an efficient and dynamic management of the whole course of teaching in a new situation,an important presentation of upgrading qualitatively a training college to a university as well as an important safeguard of elevating the teaching quality.The four requirements should be stressed in the process to conduct the scientific management of teaching in the newly-founded universities.Firstly,it is necessary for them to deepen cognitions to se...
