摘　　要：农业保险对我国农业健康发展和农民生活水平的提高以及国民经济繁荣具有重要的战略意义,然而对农业保险定位的模糊致使其发展缓慢。笔者从经济学的角度分析了农业保险属于准公共物品,并从四方面阐释了发展农业保险离不开政府的支持,只有得到政府的鼎力支持,农业保险才能够持续健康发展。Agricultural insurance is of strategic importance to the healthy development of China s agriculture,the steady improvement of rural population s living standard and the prosperity.However,the blurry orientation to agricultural insurance causes it to develop slowly.The author considers agricultural insurance as the quasi-public goods from economics angle and explains that the rapid development of agricultural insurance is impossible without the government s supports from four aspects.The paper also analyses ...
