摘　　要：目的探讨血清铁蛋白(SF)在成人Still病诊疗中的价值。方法分析20例成人Still病患者的临床特征和治疗措施,记录治疗前后用放免法测定的SF水平,并同时测定血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,对SF与ESR、CRP进行相关性分析。结果治疗后SF、ESR、CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.001)。SF与活动性指标ESR、CRP成正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论SF不仅可作为成人Still病的一个诊断性指标,其浓度的检测亦有助于判断疗效和指导治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum ferritin level in the adult onset still disease.Methods Twenty patients enrolled were all met Yamaguchi criteria for claasification of adult s Still disease,their clinical features and treatment were reviewed,and the levels of serum ferritin,blood sedimentation,C reactive protein were detected.Furthermore,the correlativity between serum ferritin and ESR,CRP was analysed.Results Comparing with those of previous treatment,the levels of SF,ESR,CRP of post-tr...
