摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会中必不可少的内容之一就是构建和谐的医患关系。从法律角度审视,正确处理医患纠纷,须全面理解医患之间的相互关系,明确医患双方的权利和义务,加强立法。The construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is one of the essential elements of building a harmonious socialist society.From the legal perspective,it is essential to properly handle the patient disputes,to form a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between doctors and patients,to define the rights and obligations of both sides,to take the initiative and to strengthen the legislation.
