摘　　要：通过对某型导弹测试发控系统故障数据的收集和分析,对故障进行深入的电气原理分析和故障失效机理分析,并进行了系统可靠性试验,提出了相应的纠正措施和工具备附件的预测与管理等措施,提高了装备的可靠性,取得了可靠性增长的效果。This paper put forward corrective measures and predictive and management measures of awaiting parts and accessories section through collecting and analyzing fault data of certain type missile s testing and launch control system;and deeply analyzing electricity principle and the failure mechanism of the faults.Also,it does some reliabilty experiments of the system.It improved the reliability of equipment and gain the improving reliability effection.
