树头菜的核型研究

摘　　要：首次报道树头菜染色体组型.研究结果表明体细胞染色体数目为26,染色体基数为13,核型公式为2n=2x=26=2T+6sm+18m,属于Stebbins核型系统的2A型.结合已有的核型资料,对树头菜与鱼木(Crate-va religiosa)的核型进化及亲缘关系做了初步讨论.The chromosomal number and the karyotype of Crateva unilocularis have been reported for the first time.The result indicates that the number of the somatic chromosome of the species may be 26,and its basic chromosome number is 13.The karyotype formula is 2n=2x=26=2T+6sm+18m,and belongs to 2A type of Stebbins karyotypic symmetry.Based on karyotypical data the relationships between C.unilocularis and C.religiosa are discussed basically.
