摘　　要：亲和力是高校德育工作者的必备素质,在高校的德育教育中有非常重要的意义。从亲和力在高校德育工作中的重要意义入手,分析了我国当前高校德育工作者亲和力缺失的现象,并提出了提高亲和力途径的对策,以期为高校德育工作者提供借鉴和参考。Affinity is a key quality of high school moral character educator,which has very important significance in high school moral character education.This article analyses the significance of high school moral character education and the reason of affinity missing in high school moral character education currently,gives the suggestions on how to improve affinity of high school moral character educator.The author expects these suggestions will offer some references.
