摘　　要：现行的银行监管组织体系可以分为三种基本类型,即:美国型、英国型和日本型,他们分别采用多元化管理体系、一元化管理体系、二元化管理体系。世界各国银行监管组织的特点和运作规律为我国的“分离式”管理体系的优化和改革提供重要的参考路径。At present,bank supervision organization management system in the world can be divided into America,British and Japanese types which is multiple,centralized and dual management system respectively.We can draw a lot of enlightenment from the features and operational laws of bank supervision organization in foreign countries for the divided one in China.
