摘　　要：房地产信托产品在众多个案中寻找出规律,并将其归纳和推而广之,形成标准化系列产品和优质产品,让房地产企业、信托投资公司、消费者和投资者实现多赢利益,将会促进我国信托业乃至房地产业的发展跨上一个新台阶。笔者结合目前我国信托投资机构推出的带有明显房地产信托产品创新色彩的案例,对适应现实需求的信托产品和发达国家成熟的房地产信托方式进行了纵深挖掘,并为信托投资机构在当前条件下如何抓住市场先机、进行系列产品创新提出了一些对策和建议。Analysing present real estate trust product cases and discovering rules to form standard real estate trust product serieses will create multiple interests for the real estate industry, trust investment institutes, housing consumers and investors,and so promote development of Chinese trust industry and real estate industry.
