摘　　要：近来粮食安全问题引起了社会各界的高度关注,本文分析了我国粮食安全的基本形势是短期无虑,长期堪忧。提出以提高粮食综合生产能力和优化粮食生产布局为主,以粮食储备调节和粮食进出口调节为辅,保护好农民的种粮积极性,是确保我国粮食安全的合理途径。Recently all social circles have been drawn attention highly to the issues on food security in our country is needless to worry about only in short time.On the basis of which,the reasonable means to ensure the food security of China has been put forward: In order to protect well the peasants enthusiasm of growing.We must increase the comprehensive productivity of food and advance the lay-out of food produce mainly,and assisted by the adjustment of food reserve and food Imp and Exp.
