摘　　要：目的总结尿道口成形术治疗女性尿道综合征的疗效。方法对我院73例行尿道口成形术的女性尿道综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果68例(93%)术后随访4～36个月,62例(91%)痊愈,2例(3%)好转,4例(6%)无效。结论尿道口成形术是治疗女性尿道综合征的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of urethroplasty in female patients with female urethral syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 73 cases treated by urethroplasty were retrospectively analyzed.Results 68 cases(93%)have been followed up for 4～36 months with 62(91%) cured of the desease and 2(3%) patients were improved. The operation failed in 4(6%). Conclusion Urethroplasty was an effective method for the female urethral syndrome.
