摘　　要：以杭州市为例,通过面向社区居民、社区居委会人员、社区物业管理职员对亲属间、邻里间、社区间三大亲情进行调查研究分析,结果表明:家庭亲情直接但容易对抗、邻里亲情婉转但容易疏远、社区亲情适中但须组织。因此,亲情性规划设计应分析社区环境特征,以人的行为活动、心理感受为出发点,结合社区文化设置共享的绿色休闲空间,充分考虑亲属关系尺度、邻里关系尺度、社区关系尺度,把握人与人、人与自然、人与社会之间的间距,距离适中,密而不挤,疏而不远,以达到舒适效果。This text trys to take Hangzhou city as an example,by studying and analyzing the relation during the family,the neighbour and the community toward to the community residents,personnel of community committee and personnel of community properties management.The result indicates that the family relation is straight but resistted easily,the neighbour relation is unobjectionable but easy to neglect,the community relation is just moderate but need to be organized.Therefore,when taking the relational planning and ...
