摘　　要：从农村土地承包经营权转让的历史沿进入手分析,阐明了其概念和法律特征,提出了运行机理,并对立法和实践中存在的问题作深入剖析,同时提出具体解决对策的建议,以便真正达到规范法律制度和指导转让的目的。Base on the deep study of the history of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land,the concept and law features of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land is clarified in this paper.Author puts forward the running mechanism of transfer of contractual operation right of rural land,analyses the problems existing in the legislation and practice,and presents correlative policy advices.The goal is to formulate the transfer of contractual operation right of rural land exactly and guide t...
