摘　　要：针对城镇土地地籍管理业务的特点,通过对土地时空动态变化特点和时空变化过程分析,提出了一种新的基于时态空间数据模型的城镇地籍数据变更管理方法。文章重点讨论了动态多基态修正、变粒度存储、数据库中时空数据组织、拓扑关系建立及空间数据变更机制等。最后通过开发的新一代大型网络级动态土地地籍管理信息系统(ReGIS)验证了上述模型和方法的正确性、有效性和实用性。2年多的应用表明,系统设计先进,性能良好,运行稳定。Land cadastral management system is one of the most typical application systems in temporal GIS(TGIS).In this paper,the spatio-temporal concept,data structure and the method of implementation for land cadastral information system are discussed.By taking an example of the land cadastral management,the spatio-temporal change character and process of are analyzed.A new extended model of Base State with Amendments(BSA) is presented.By importing Dynamic Multilevel Base State with Amendments(DMBSA) and Storage Fa...
