致弱血吸虫尾蚴免疫和早期化疗诱导宿主产生高保护性现象及其效应机制的研究

摘　　要：运用致弱尾蚴免疫和化学药物治疗血吸虫病,可诱导宿主产生对攻击感染的高保护力。该文综述了近年来阐明这两种高保护性现象的动物实验及其相关的效应机制的研究,以期为开拓新的疫苗发展策略和新疫苗的设计提供借鉴。Both immunization with attenuated cercariae and early stage chemotherapy with certain drugs can induce high protection to schistosome challenge infections in hosts. Herein, we describe the high protective effects due to the two intervention methods in animal models and highlight the relevant mechanisms.
