医保改革后我院治疗消化性溃疡病的药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院医保改革后治疗消化性溃疡病药物的应用状况及其变化趋势,以期为医疗保险的深化改革及药物研究的方向提供依据。方法收集从2002年至2004年药品出库数据,采用Excel进行统计分析。结果在总体上本类药物用药总金额逐年上升,用药频度呈下降趋势,其中医保品种的用药金额占总金额74%以上,用药频度占82%以上。在用药结构上以H2受体拮抗剂和质子泵抑制剂为主,其他类药品使用有所降低。结论我院用药结构基本合理,实现用药金额和用药频度的同时下降是我院深化医保改革的努力方向。开发价格低廉的医保新药特别是PPI类药品具备广阔的前景。OBJECTIVE The use of curing peptic ulcer disease drugs in our hospital was analyzed so as to know its application tendency and provide a factual basis for the development of medical insurance reform and the direction of drug research.METHODS The 3-year(2002~2004)drug out-depot data was collected and analyzed with excel software.
