摘　　要：目的探讨胃舒康胶囊(WSK)对实验性胃溃疡的作用及机制。方法采用大鼠利血平型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡和小鼠扭体法镇痛实验测定大鼠溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率、胃液分泌量、小鼠扭体次数及扭体潜伏期。结果WSK组溃疡指数、胃液分泌量、扭体次数及扭体潜伏期明显降低,而溃疡抑制率明显升高,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论WSK对实验性胃溃疡有促进溃疡愈合,保护胃黏膜的作用,其机制与WSK活血化瘀、理气止痛、收敛制酸、健胃消食等作用有关。OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamic function and mechanism of weishukang(WSK) capsule to experimental gastric ulcer.METHODS The index of rat s ulcer,the inhibiting rate,the gastric secretion of rat s stomach and the time of mice s wrenching body as well as its laten period were assayed by rats gastric ulcer induced by reserpine and by ligating phlorus as well as analgesic experiment through mice s wrenching body.
