摘　　要：高校实现快速发展有赖于内部行政权力与学术权力协调均衡。本文分析了国内高校管理权力结构,从建章立制的角度就如何加强大学组织建设提出了建议。High speed development of the university rely on the fine coordination between administrative and academic power.This article analyses the governance structure of Chinese universities,and concludes with recommendations for promoting university organisational development through regulations and institutions.
