摘　　要：本文从历史沿革入手,分析校友与校庆活动在清华大学组织文化建设中不可替代的作用,阐述了校友与校庆活动既是清华大学的传统,又是其组织文化的一部分,还承担着培养和理解组织文化的使命,使清华的组织文化得以更好地传达、传播,并在管理导向的作用下不断发展、完善的观点。Alumni and anniversary celebrations are organic components of Tsinghua University traditions,therefore an important aspect of Tsinghua organisational culture.This article provide an historical review of the role of alumni and anniversary celebrations in cultivating and understanding organisational culture of Tsinghua University.
