摘　　要：文中应用AIT2138数字视频处理芯片实现了机载电视制导显示器VGA/TV转换器的软硬件设计。对输入的视频信号格式实现自动监测和处理的原理和过程进行了分析说明。经过在某新型战斗机上试飞,获得了有很好效果的PAL制式标准电视制导信号。In the article AIT2138 digital video chip is used to realize a design of software and hardware of the VGA/ TV converter We also give an explanation about the principle and process of auto-detecting and auto-processing of the inputting video signal.Through having tested in the latest fighter plane,the converter has got the better PAL Guidance signal.
