摘　　要：根据中国地球静止轨道卫星和地面测控系统的实际情况,分析了倾角位置保持控制常用的长周期和短周期策略,提出了一种优化控制策略,从而克服了以往控制策略的局限性,从而通过实际验证,满足了工程需求。According to the demands of Chinese geostationary satellites working in orbit,this paper studies the GEO South/North maneuver strategy,and gives a better operable method in satellite engineering.It considers the inhibition of the in-orbit satellite and the ground TT&C(Tracking,Telemeter and Command)system,the orbit perturbations,the affection of South/North maneuver to West/East maneuver,the status of the control system and united push system on satellite.It overcomes the limitations of the N/S maneuver,red...
