摘　　要：骺板损伤后的修复过程受全身内分泌(包括激素、生长因子)、局部旁分泌及自分泌(多种生长因子)的调控。本文结合国内外最新研究成果对骺板损伤过程中多种生长因子表达规律进行综述。When the epiphyseal plate had injuried,the reparative process was controlled by endocrine(including hormone and growth factors)、topo-paracrine and autocrine(growth factors).This article reviews the current development and prospects for the expression of growth factors in the epiphyseal plate injury.
