摘　　要：在学生伤害事故中,学校应否承担法律责任以及承担多大的责任等问题,一直是困扰我国司法实践的严重问题,理论界对此也存在重大分歧。本文从学生伤害事故的范围入手,全面分析了学校对在校学生所负责任的性质及学校承担责任的具体形式等问题。In the casualties of students,it has been a controversial issue whether the school authority should have responsibility and what responsibility it should have.This problem has been seriously troubling the judicial practice in China,and there has been great disagreement among various theories.Starting with an analysis of the range of the casualties of students,this paper gives an insight into the nature and the concrete forms of the responsibility the school authority should have in these casualties.
