摘　　要：探索建立军队医院、疗养院联勤保障模式,介绍了实行医院、疗养院“双向转诊”的主要做法和取得的成效,阐述了“双向转诊”工作拓宽了疗养院保障功能,发展了疗养院康复治疗技术,缓解了老干部床位紧张矛盾,提高了疗养院淡季床位的利用率,无论对医院、疗养院建设,还是对伤病员医疗保健都大有裨益。This article explored the way to establish the mode of joint support in the military hospital and the mili- tary sanatorium.We elaborated the methods and the effects of mode of“Tow-direction transforming from a military hospital to a military sanatorium”.This mode extended the support functions of the sanatorium,developed the tech- nology of rehabilitation,relieved the contradiction in the need of leading cadre berths and the bed supply in the mil- itary hospital,and raised the utility rate of beds in low seasons.This mode was good to not only hospital and sana- torium construction,but also medical treatments and health cares of the wounded.
