摘　　要：自主创新是国家或区域综合竞争力的核心,通过自主创新才能更好地促进经济和社会持续发展。本文通过发明专利这一国际通行的反映拥有自主知识产权技术的核心指标,来探讨我国各区域自主创新能力的现状和特点,然后针对性地提出建议。Independent innovation has become the determinant of a country's competence.Sustainable development in economic and society mostly depends on the independent innovation.The invention patent is the core indicator that shows the level of independent intellectual property in the world.So the paper analyses the situations and features of independent innovation capability of China's provinces.At last,the paper gives some advice.
