摘 要:目的探讨多普勒超声角度校正技术对健康成人外周血管血流动力学参数,尤其是血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)的影响。方法选取31例健康体检者,测量指标为血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期峰值流速(SPV)、舒张末期流速(EDV),在声束-血流夹角为0°、10°、20°、30°、40°、50°、60°时对右侧颈动脉、股动脉各测上述指标一次,进行比较。结果RI、PI不受角度校正技术影响(P>0.05),SPV、EDV受角度校正影响较大(P<0.0001),呈逐渐递增趋势。结论PI、RI作为血流灌注指标不受角度影响,提示临床使用时可忽略各角度的因素。Objective To explore Doppler angle change effect on the measurement in flow characteristics,especially in resistive index (RI)and pulsitile index(PI).Methods Thirty-one healthy subjects (age range 35~59 years)with normal vascular findings were recruited in the study.In every patient,RI,PI,systolic peak velocity(SPV)、end diastolic velocity(EDV)were measured.The parameter values in different angles were compared.Results RI and PI were found to have no difference,but the effect in different angles on systolic peak velocity and end diastolic velocity were very obvious.Conclusions Angle-correction had no effect on RI and PI in our study,Therefore,we should neglect angle effect on ultrasound.
