摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在健康体检中的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒技术对肝脏、胆囊、胰腺、脾脏、双肾行全面检查,发现异常观察病灶大小、位置、内部回声和血流信号性质的测量。结果超声检查6789例中,正常组4955例,异常组1834例,异常组中各种疾病1973例。结论超声检查在体检中能及时发现疾病,早期诊治以提高健康人群的健康水平。Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound in health check.Methods Color Doppler was applied to check liver,cholecyst,pancreas,spleen and two kidney to discover focus size,position,interior echoes and to measure the blood parameters.Results Among 6789 subjects,4955 bolonged to the normal group and 1834 belonged to the abrormal group with 1973 diseases.Conclusions Ultrasound used for health check can demonstrate various kinds of diseases timely and provide the basis of early treatment to improve people's health.
