肝病患者头皮针穿刺次数与静脉永久性损伤的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析患者现实的四肢浅静脉输液的难易程度与以往连续输液次数的相关性,探讨头皮针输液的“安全次数”、“亚安全次数”、“临界次数”和“极限次数”。方法:以慢性肝炎肝硬化长期住院输液患者566例为观察对象,根据方案制定统一调查内容和判断标准做问卷调查。结果:观察病例连续输液次数<100次301例,对再输液100%无影响;输液101～400次者76.9%再输液无影响,23.1%者再输液困难;输液401～800次者仅30.5%对再输液无影响,其余浅静脉血管损伤;输液次数>800次者,浅静脉血管损伤严重。结论:以再输液困难程度而论,慢性肝炎肝硬化患者头皮针穿刺输液的“安全次数”<100次,“亚安全临界次数”约400次,“极限次数”约800次。Objective :To explore the 'security frequency', 'sub-security frequency', 'critical frequency' and 'utmost frequency' of transfusion by scalp acupuncture by analyzing the relativity of difficult degree of transfusion and transfusion frequency uninterrupted in the past by limb's vein of the patients with liver disease. Methods :566 patients of long-term transfusion with chronic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis were selected. And the information of all these patients was writed on the questionary according to the projected inquiry and judgement criterion. Results:100% cases were no affection to their re-transfusion in those 301 patients whose transfusion frequency was lower than 100 times. And 76.9% patients' subsequent transfusion was not affected in those whose transfusion frequency was at 101-400 times. 23.1% of these patients' subsequent transfusion was difficult. Only 30.5% patients' subsequent transfusion was not affected in those whose transfusion frequency was at 401-800 times. The superficial veins of other patients were damaged badly. And in the patients whose transfusion frequency exceeded 800 times, their superficial veins were all damaged badly. Conclusion: According to the difficult degree of subsequent transfusion, the 'security frequency' of transfusion by scalp acupuncture of in-patients with chronic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis is lower than 100 times. 'Sub-security frequency' and 'critical frequency' is about 400 times. And 'utmost frequency' is about 800 times.
