新Vierordt法测定氯麻滴鼻液中两组分的含量

摘　　要：[目的]测定氯麻滴鼻液中氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的含量.[方法]采用新Vierordt法不经提取分离直接测定两组分的含量,测定波长λ1=256.8 nm,λ2=277.4 nm.并和高效液相色谱法进行了对比测定.[结果]氯霉素的线性范围为3.48～52.2μg/ml,r=0.9993,盐酸麻黄碱线性范围为200.4～434.1 μg/ml,r=0.9972,氯霉素和盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.08%,0.66%和98.99%,0.78%.本法和高效液相色谱法测定结果基本一致.[结论]新Vierordt法简便、快速、重现性好,可消除两组分的相互干扰,结果满意,可用于氯麻滴鼻液的质量控制.【Objective】To determine the content of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride content in nasal drops.【Methods】New Vierordt method was applied for the direct determination of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride content in nasal drops without any preliminary separation.The detection wave lengths were 256.8 nm(λ_1) and 277.4 nm(λ_2).At the same time,assay of the nasal drops was carried out by HPLC.【Results】The linear range of chloramphenicol measured was over 3.48～52.2 μg/ml,r=0.9993,The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride measured was over 200.4～434.1 μg/ml,r=0.9972.Average recoveries and relative standard deviations of chloramphenicol and ephedrine hydrochloride were 99.08%,0.66% and 98.99%,0.78%,respectively.New Vierordt method compared with HPLC showed no significant difference.【Conclusion】The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.The interference of two components on each other can be eliminated and the results are satisfactory,and can be used for quality control.
